Enarra Oy develops and provides Tarumo, an online service that captures the tacit knowledge of experts before they retire or change jobs. The company was founded in 2026 and is registered in Karstula, Finland. Tarumo is in its pilot phase, and we are looking for our first customers.
An automation system can contain a part of the program that was built differently from what the standard assumes. Often only one experienced person knows why. When they retire or change jobs, the reason leaves with them, and their successor finds out only when something stops.
The same happens in maintenance, purchasing and IT. Asking people to document, handovers that start too late and wikis have not solved it.
So Tarumo asks. AI interviews the expert for about ten minutes at a time, and the expert decides what of their words is published. How Tarumo works.
The name Enarra comes from the Latin verb enarrare, to tell in detail. That is what happens in Tarumo: the expert tells what they know, and it is kept in their own words.
The mark has three open growth rings and an amber core. The arcs open to the right, towards the name. It is related to Tarumo's mark but has no speech bubble, so the company and the product are not confused.

Founder and CEO
Antti is an engineer (Bachelor of Engineering, Industrial Management, Centria University of Applied Sciences). He has more than ten years of experience with industrial automation systems and the software around them. In automation, the most important knowledge is often only in an experienced person's memory. Tarumo was built to capture exactly that kind of knowledge.
Co-founder and Chair of the Board
Onni is studying to become an engineer in natural resources technology (JAMK) and has a background as a health and social care professional. People retire and change jobs; in any workplace that is everyday life. That is why the know-how built up over the years has to stay with the team even when the people change. That is what Onni wants to help achieve with Tarumo.
