Enarra Oy is a Finnish company based in Karstula. We develop and provide Tarumo, an online service that captures the tacit knowledge of experts before they retire or change jobs.

When an experienced expert leaves, their knowledge should not
AI interviews the expert for about ten minutes at a time, the expert approves the knowledge cards made from the answers, and from then on any employee gets the answer in the expert's own words, with the source.
The bearing is squealing on the rolling line. What do I do?
